RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At LapCherry, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. RETURN POLICY

Customers may return unused products within fourteen (14) days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and right of withdrawal regulations.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

• Include all accessories, manuals, and accompanying materials.

• Be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Products returned after the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or due to a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within five (5) business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

LapCherry reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of:

• Use beyond reasonable inspection.

• Damage, breakage, scratches, dents, or deformation.

• Missing components or accessories.

• Improper packaging resulting in shipping damage.

Products that cannot be resold as new may not qualify for a refund.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers may request an exchange within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order.

Before sending any product for exchange, customers must contact our Customer Support Team for authorization and instructions.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, the product must:

• Be in original condition.

• Be free from damage, excessive wear, or misuse.

• Be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

• Be suitable for resale as a new product.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, approved exchanges will generally be processed within three (3) business days, subject to product availability.

Customers are encouraged to confirm inventory availability of the requested replacement item before shipping their return.

3. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Returns and exchanges may be denied under the following circumstances:

• The product has been used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

• The product has been damaged through improper handling, storage, or transportation.

• The product shows evidence of excessive wear, impact damage, or misuse.

• The original packaging is missing or significantly damaged.

• The product has been altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties.

4. PRODUCT CARE & MAINTENANCE

Proper maintenance is essential to ensure product longevity and performance.

Bumper Plates

Bumper plates are designed to be dropped only on suitable weightlifting platforms or shock-absorbing surfaces. Dropping them directly onto concrete, asphalt, or other hard surfaces may result in damage and void eligibility for return or exchange.

Cleaning Instructions

Products should be cleaned using a soft damp cloth only.

Do not use:

• Harsh chemicals

• Hydrochloric acid-based cleaners

• Solvents

• Corrosive cleaning agents

Damage caused by improper cleaning methods is not covered under this policy.

Barbells

After each training session, barbells should be wiped clean and dried thoroughly.

Barbells should not be stored in humid, wet, or outdoor environments.

Knurled grip areas may be cleaned with a non-metallic brush. Because sweat and moisture can contribute to corrosion, users should ensure that grip areas are cleaned and dried after every use.

5. LEGAL NOTICE

All return and exchange procedures are governed by applicable consumer protection legislation, including the relevant provisions of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation, and other applicable legal regulations.
